New faces from all sorts of places

Over the last few months we have welcomed a number of new staff members into the KWP! family. Let us formally introduce you to them.

Josh McNally – Group Business Director of Retail

So, who is the new KWPerson in the stripy blazer? It’s Josh, he heads up the Retail Team. For the past 20 years Josh has been Client Side, working in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and London. He’s worked on big and small brands, commercial and not-for-profit, and categories as diverse as oil, alcohol and blood donation. But the more interesting stuff is that Josh is a keen cyclist, a cricket tragic, an enthusiastic wine consumer and passionate Carlton supporter. Feel free to get stuck into him about that.

Lucy Howard – Operations Manager

Lucy joined the KWP team in August this year fresh off the boat from the UK. She is our new Operations Manager, looking after all things with regards to process and workflow, resource management, new business and general agency operations. A native Liverpudlian, Lucy arrived straight from London where she was working at M&C Saatchi’s CRM agency, LIDA, as their Resource Manager. Having brought the grim British weather with her, Lucy is looking forward to the summer sun here in Adelaide, which we continually promise her is on its way. She has located herself near the beach in Glenelg but don’t expect see her swimming there because she has a shark phobia.

Ben Debono – Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Ben Debono comes to us as a Search Specialist, having previously worked for Dynamic Creative. He was brought in for all PPC (Pay-Per-Click) related work, his current focus being RAA and ECH. Ben wants to live in a world where clients have well-structured websites, mushrooms don’t exist and Arsenal don’t have the annual Christmas capitulation, only to scrape into 4th position. When he’s not in Excel designing campaign structures or in Google optimising bids, you can find him whipping up a bowl of pasta, attempting to play soccer, or getting help tips online about “How to Write a Bio That’ll Impress Your Work Colleagues.”

Preeta Matthew - Digital Media Manager

Preeta is a media junkie with expertise, knowledge and love for all things digital! She has worked in various roles across the business from production, media, publishers and now creative agency. Currently she’s leading digital media and campaign management across the brand team accounts for both KWP and Ikon. Preeta moved from Malaysia to Adelaide three years ago and hasn’t looked back. She feels KWP is a great place to work and has lots to offer, both in terms of learning and growth. Adelaide has everything she enjoys including food, festivals, wine and the outdoors!
